Done-With-You Funnels

Build the Lead Generation Funnel That Grows Your List, Brings New Customers Into Your Business, and Creates the Community that Supports Your Mission...

Without Getting Confused by the Tech, Confounded by the Copy, Overwhelmed by the Whole Project, or Wondering Whether This Will Actually Work.

You build it, at your pace, with my guidance as a professional email marketing strategist and copywriter, every step of the way. You’ll have the accountability and encouragement to finish and the reassurance that everything works the way it’s supposed to. Then, you can confidently launch your funnel and get new leads flowing into your list.

You Know You Need a Lead Generation Funnel
Building One Yourself Is a Whole Different Story...

You have heard the same advice from every marketing expert out there, including me:

• Grow your email list.
• Nurture your subscribers with regular nurture emails.
• Turn them into customers.

And you really have tried. Maybe you bought the course but never got through it all because it didn’t make sense. Maybe you started building but the tech confused the heck out of you. Maybe there is a half-finished landing page open in a browser tab right now, but you don’t know whether what you wrote is any good.

You lose the momentum and excitement you had going into this project, having promised yourself you’d get this done in a week, so you could announce your new funnel to the world and get new leads right away.

And you don’t have anyone you can turn to for help, except maybe the tech support folks your email platform provides, none of whom understand anything about marketing and only half of whom can explain what you have to do to make everything work correctly.

So, your wonderful new lead-gen funnel sits there, partially built, never to see the light of day.

You feel frustrated.

With your email service provider (ESP) or customer relationship management (CRM) platform for making this so darn complicated, despite their promises that it would be “plug and play”...

With all of the marketers who told you how “easy” this would be if you just follow their step-by-step instructions...

With yourself for putting in so much effort and having nothing to show for it.

Sound familiar?

You're not alone. You're also not the problem.

Building a funnel means being a copywriter, a designer, a tech person, and a marketing strategist, all at the same time. On top of running your business every day.

That is a lot of hats for one business owner to wear. (I know. I wear every single one of them too.)

--Bottom Line --

You genuinely want a lead generation funnel that converts your leads into customers. You just don't want to build it alone because you inevitably get stuck on the tech, worry about the effectiveness of the copy, and end up with one more half-finished project you feel guilty about every time you open your laptop.

When You Build Your Funnel With Me, You Get...

  • Someone who knows what they’re doing in your corner every single week, guiding you through the whole process so you get unstuck quickly and can see what goes where.

  • My professional feedback on every piece of your funnel. Your copy, your design, and the whole experience your new subscribers go through, so you know it will actually engage them and convert them.

  • Hands-on help with the tech and the automations, so a broken trigger or confusing automation sequence does not derail your whole week.

  • A funnel that actually gets finished, because you have real accountability and an appointment every week to move it forward.

  • The skill and the confidence to build your next funnel yourself, without needing to hire anyone.

  • A properly working funnel that is stress-tested before it ever goes live, so your first subscribers get the complete, polished experience that leaves a good impression and keeps them engaged and interested.

Then you can start building your email list, knowing that you’re giving your new subscribers the best path forward to becoming customers.

Not Having a Functioning Lead Generation Funnel Is Costing You More Than You Think

The 90% Who Aren't Ready to Buy Yet Are Slipping Away

9 out of 10 people who join your email list are not ready to buy the first time they encounter you. They’re interested, but they’re not willing to hand over their credit cards just yet. Without a lead generation funnel to capture them, a welcome sequence to introduce yourself and your product or service, weekly nurture emails to stay on their radar, and a sales page where they can buy, those genuinely interested folks drift off... and eventually buy from your competitors, who had all of this in place.

Email marketing has the highest return on investment (ROI) of any marketing channel, returning $36 to $42 for every $1 you put into it. But only if you have a funnel to capture those subscribers and nurture them in the first place.

A Half-Built Funnel Can Be Worse Than No Funnel At All

A broken automation. A welcome sequence that doesn’t set your subscribers up to become customers. A canned “thank you” message that doesn’t tell someone what happens next. Your funnel is the very first impression a new subscriber has of you and your business. If it is a mess, they wonder if they made a mistake signing up, and they are gone before you ever get to say hello.

Which Is Precisely Why You Want to Build This Right. And to Build It With Someone Who Has Built Successful Funnels Before, Guiding You Through The Entire Process.

What others are saying

"It cuts my email writing time in half"

"The best thing about it for me is it cuts my email writing time in half because the Custom Subject Line Generator is there. I take about a minute to generate ideas and find whatever pops or speaks to me. I copy and paste the email subject line or something from the writing prompt and I can usually write something in 10 minutes and be done. "

Here's How Done-With-You Funnels Works...

Step 1. Together, We Map Your Funnel and Your Strategy

In our first meeting, we design an email marketing strategy built around your business. What you are selling, who you are serving, and how your funnel should flow to turn a curious stranger into a happy customer, who will keep coming back and recommend you to family and friends. We also finalize the pace and potential launch date, so we both know what you’re working toward.

Step 2. You Build It. I Make Sure It Works.

You create the lead magnet, write the copy, build the landing pages, and set up the automations in your email service provider (ESP). Every week we meet to review what you have done and decide what happens next. And any time you get stuck, or you are not sure a piece is working, I am right there to advise you and help you get unstuck. Submit any part of your funnel for my feedback, any time, and I will review it inside our weekly rhythm.

Step 3. We Stress-Test, Then You Launch

Before you go live, we put your whole funnel through its paces. We find the weak points, and we fix them, so every new subscriber gets the complete experience and receives everything you send them, in the right order, at the right time.

Three months after you launch, we meet one more time, to make sure everything is still running properly. We make any tweaks your live funnel needs to run more efficiently and effectively.

Then you can get back to doing what you love. Running your business, fulfilling your company’s mission, and serving the people who believe in what you do.

When You Work With Me on Your Funnel, You Receive...

  • Weekly, hour-long 1:1 meetings for the full length of your project

  • My feedback on all of your funnel copy (landing pages, thank-you pages, lead magnet, and every nurture email sequence)

  • Feedback on your design and usability, so your funnel looks right and works smoothly

  • Hands-on help with your tech and automations

  • Unlimited reviews of any piece you submit, during the length of our project, inside our weekly rhythm

  • A full pre-launch stress-test of your finished funnel

  • A long-term email marketing strategy designed around your business

  • Included membership in the Email Writing Accountability Group during your build, so you can start building your weekly nurture email habit while you build your funnel

  • A follow-up meeting three months after launch to make sure everything is still working

PRICING

Your Investment

The monthly fee reserves your standing weekly slot and my on-call support for the length of your build. You are not just buying a stack of deliverables. You are holding space on my calendar, and my full attention, until your funnel is done and working.

$1,000 per month, billed monthly.

2-month minimum. Month-to-month after that, until your funnel is built and passes the stress-test.

What Your Funnel Costs Comes Down to Two Things

Because the monthly fee is the same, your total depends on two things: what you build, and how much time you put into building it.

The first is scope.

A simple funnel (one lead magnet, one landing page, one thank-you page, and a welcome sequence that invites new subscribers to book a call or make a purchase) takes most people about two months to build. That is around $2,000.

A more involved funnel (say, a quiz with four outcome paths, four different offers, multiple welcome and follow-up sequences, sales pages, and abandoned-cart sequences) is a much bigger build. It commonly runs about four months, or around $4,000.

Most people land somewhere in between. In our initial consultation, before you commit to this project, we map your funnel together and I give you a rough estimate. Then we’ll set a tentative date, so you know which end of that range you are on before the two-month minimum is up.

The second is your own pace.

If you have the time and the momentum, you can move quickly and finish sooner, which costs you less. If you would rather work slowly and carefully, to make sure everything works the way you want it to, that is your decision. Whichever you choose, I am with you every step of the way.

We meet every week and I keep you moving, so this never turns into a stalled project, regardless of how fast you work.

You set the pace and scope of the project. My job is to make sure you reach the finish line, with a funnel that passes the stress-test and will help you grow your business.

A Timeline We Set Together

During our first project meeting, we’ll nail down your scope and target completion date, built around what you want to launch and how much time you can give it. If we reach that date and you are not live yet, we pause and look honestly at what is left and how long it will take to finish it. No open-ended limbo. No surprise invoices. Just a clear plan to get you to your launch date.

If Life Gets in the Way

Building a funnel while running a business means the occasional fire. So you get one pause, up to 30 days, any time you need it, including during your first two months. It freezes the clock and picks back up when you are ready, so you don’t lose the investment you’ve already made because of a rough month.

Get Started Now

I take on a maximum of five funnel clients at a time, so everyone I work with gets my full attention. When those spots are full, new projects join a waitlist and start as soon as a spot opens up. If you know this is what you want, book a call now to hold your place.

EWAG MEMBERSHIP

Your Funnel Captures Leads. What You Send Next Turns Them Into Customers.

A funnel that captures subscribers is only half the story. What actually turns those subscribers into customers is what you send them afterward. A valuable, engaging nurture email, every week, that reminds them why they were interested in the first place and how you can help them solve their problem.

That habit is the difference between a list that buys and a list that forgets you exist. So we start building it while you build your funnel.

During our project: Your access to the Email Writing Accountability Group (EWAG) is included. Join one weekly 90-minute session to write and finish a nurture email, so you’re building this habit and honing your writing skills. If you already have a list, you’re nurturing it every week, even as you build your funnel.

If you are just starting to build your list, you are banking pre-written emails and the framework to write them, so your new subscribers continue to receive nurture emails after they join and you already have the momentum to continue writing as soon as you launch.

After your funnel goes live: Your EWAG membership continues at just $100 a month (the same price regular members pay), so you keep sending those weekly nurture emails and growing your relationship with your subscribers. This is the plan from day one. Build the funnel. Keep the nurturing habit.

More Rave Reviews for the Email Writing Accountability Group

"The copy review is the best part."

"It is the single most valuable part of the group and it’s the reason I joined. I'm one of these people who, if I sit in a vacuum with my little email writing program, I will probably eventually crank something out, but it won't be a fraction of the brilliance as it is if I'm interacting with someone else. "

ZofiaRennea Morales - Transformation Space

"Love the instant feedback"

"I learn best in group settings like this and Tanya is quick on her feet with suggestions and (much appreciated) advice. I also love the back and forth sharing and how Tanya adds tips along the way."

Marion Owen - The Gardener's Coach

Hi, I'm Tanya

I'm an email marketing strategist and consultant. I help mission-driven business owners like you turn your email list into real, lasting relationships that build your community, support your mission, and grow your business.

Before I became an email marketing strategist, I spent years as a professional actor and musician. I know what it feels like to stand in front of your people and connect with them in real time, feeling that energy exchange between you and the folks who showed up for you.

Your funnel and your nurture emails do the same thing. They keep you connected to your community, creating a constant cycle where you serve them and they support you.

I also know how hard it is to do everything yourself, because I run my own business too. Building a lead generation funnel alone, wearing all the hats, unraveling the tech... it’s a lot.

That is exactly why I offer this service. Not to do it for you, but to do it with you, so you come out the other side with a working funnel, as well as the skills and confidence to build the next one yourself.

STILL NOT SURE?

You've Got Questions, I've Got Answers

Here are some of the most common questions people ask me about working with me on a Done-With-You Funnel

I'm not very techy. Can you still help me build this?

Absolutely. Not getting the tech is one of the biggest reasons funnels end up half-finished, so it is one of the places I expect to focus on the most during our time together. When you get stuck, you are not stuck alone. We work through it together in our meetings, and you can reach out in between them too.

What platforms are you familiar with?

I currently work with GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, and Klaviyo. I have also worked with Drip, Mailchimp, and several other platforms. Many of these platforms have similar functions, so I can figure them out fairly quickly. That way, you don’t have to struggle through dozens of tutorials that don’t make sense to you. If I don’t know how to do something in a specific platform, we’ll figure it out together, so you’re not left wondering if it can actually work.

What happens after I push the “Book a Call” button?

You and I have an initial consultation about what your business needs, whether you need a lead generation funnel, what it will take to build it, and whether working with me is the right fit. If we decide that we can work together, we form a plan, including approximately how long we both think this will take, and move forward if you decide you’re ready.

If not, I’ll make sure you know what your next steps should be, so you can make that happen on your own. No pressure, no icky sales tactics. Just an honest conversation about what you and your business need to grow.

How long does this actually take?

Most people build a basic funnel (a lead magnet, landing page, thank you page, and welcome sequence that links to a consultation scheduling app) within about 60 days. More complex funnels and email marketing systems (like a quiz with multiple outcomes and products) take longer.

The honest answer is that your pace sets the timeline and that’s a good thing. The more work you put into the project, the faster it comes together. If you prefer to move slowly and methodically, that’s fine too. Either way, I keep you moving and accountable for the whole project.

If we reach our original anticipated completion date and your funnel isn’t finished, we’ll reassess to see what still needs to be finished together, what you can do on your own, and how to ensure that your funnel comes together successfully. My goal is for you to have a live, fully-functioning lead generation funnel that brings in new subscribers and converts them into customers.

What if my business gets crazy busy and I fall behind?

Life happens, especially when you are running a business.

That is why you get one pause of up to 30 days whenever you need it. It freezes the clock and picks right back up when you are ready, so a busy stretch never costs you the progress you have already made.

Can I use my 30-Day Pause in smaller blocks?

No. You get one pause of up to 30 days, not 30 days’ worth of pauses.

I hold to this because I want to keep you moving forward, not taking breaks for days or weeks at a time. Our goal is to get you to the finish line as quickly as possible, with a fully-functioning, efficient and effective funnel.

Ultimately, you set the pace for this. If it takes longer than you expected, I’m still here to help, but it will cost you a bit more. (Please see the “How long does this actually take” FAQ.) In the end, it will be worth it when you see those new leads becoming customers.

Why done-with-you instead of just doing it for me?

Two reasons. First, no one knows your business, your mission, and your voice like you do, so the funnel you build with my guidance will sound like you, not like me or a generic agency.

Second, when we are done, you will actually know how your funnel works, how to adjust and update it, and how to build the next one, instead of being dependent on someone else every time you want to change something.

I do offer done-for-you services, but they are significantly more expensive. If you’d like to discuss that option, I am happy to talk with you about the difference between these two services during our initial consultation.

What happens after I launch? Am I totally on my own?

No. I wouldn’t do that to you. We’ll meet again three months after your launch date to make sure everything is still working properly and tweak any problems as shown by your data.

And you’ll stay accountable for writing to your subscribers as a member of the Email Writing Accountability Group, so your finished funnel keeps paying off. Plus, you’ll have continued contact with me as an EWAG member, so I can advise you on minor problems and tweaks.

What if I decide it's not for me?

There is a two-month minimum, because that is the runway it takes to get real momentum. After that, we are month to month, for as long as you need me and no longer.

Again, we’ll set these parameters before you commit to the project.

What if I can’t afford to continue after two months?

I will give you a roadmap to finish, but you will have to do it on your own. Your monthly payment secures you time on my calendar, not a finished funnel.

My goal for you is to finish by our chosen launch date, based on the scope of the project we determine during your initial consultation. If you need to take longer, that is totally understandable, and I’ll be here to help you every step of the way.

Once you launch your funnel, you’ll see the return on your investment.

How do I reserve my time on your calendar?

You start by booking a call to determine the scope of your project and whether we’re a good fit to work together. Based on your chosen launch date, we’ll also choose a start date for your project.

Please be aware that I can only have a maximum of 5 of these projects running at once. I want to make sure everyone I work with gets the attention and support they deserve.

If I am already fully booked, or if you ask to move your initial start date, you may be put on a waiting list, based on my current project load.

Ready to finally build the funnel that grows your list and your business, with an expert right beside you the whole way?
